    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start of a course will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the scheduled start of a course will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of a course are non-refundable.
    In the case of non-attendance without prior cancellation, no refunds will be provided. However, customers may be allowed to transfer their booking to another session, subject to availability.

2. Cancellation of Product Orders

  • For physical products purchased from Bright Top Training, you may cancel your order before the item is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • If the product has already been shipped, you can return it according to our Return and Refund Policy.
